Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a notary public, or his or her employer, may charge for notary public services. Online notaries are not required to charge for their services, but they are allowed to charge up to $25 plus the regular notary fees. The table below list each notarial act and the state mandated fee.
